Delia McCabe will be addressing the link between organic food, health and mental well-being on the 26th of August – day two of our upcoming weekend event. Delia is a nutritional neuroscience researcher, who has a Masters in Psychology, and is currently completing her PhD and has authored two books about feeding the brain. Delia will be addressing a number of important issues related to health including the following: What is the link between Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and pesticides? Does organic produce contain more nutrients than store-bought produce (Yes) and why it costs more to produce. Why are endocrine disorders on the rise and how do pesticides impact your hormones directly? Delia’s morning presentation will answer these questions and many more, leaving you informed, empowered and inspired to make non-toxic, nutrient dense food choices a priority for your family, your overall health and mental well-being.
